Hello Eastside John P Powell Magnet School Family!!

 I am so excited about beginning my fourth year with this school family. This year is going to be one of the most exciting yet as we take the STEAM Magnet implementation to the next level. Your faculty and staff have been very busy learning how to teach using specific strategies that will increase collaboration and communication among our scholars as well as have a positive impact on their engagement. We will work hard to intentionally articulate to our community how we are increasing student engagement and ultimately student growth. Having parental and community support and open lines of communication is going to be an essential part of a successful school year. It is imperative that we work together as a team.
