In February, our 8th grade students enjoyed a field trip to Southern Union to explore different career options. We are thankful for the opportunity presented Southern Union for our students.

Today is the last day to register for the Pride of the Valley Pageant. You can turn in your money at Valley High School band room until 3 o'clock today! You can also pay at Langdale Auditorium tomorrow at 5 o'clock with a $10 late fee.
This is a friendly reminder that all CCSD schools have a professional development day scheduled for Wednesday, March 6, 2024. There is no school (or e-learning) for students on this day.
Attention parents & students: If you plan on leaving to attend the State playoff Final Four game to cheer on our Valley High Basketball Team, you will need to bring your ticket stub from the ticket you purchase and a signed note from your parent or guardian stating that you attended the game. The ticket stub can be from a paper ticket or a screenshot of your digital ticket you purchased. In order for this to be an excused absence that does not count against your attendance or exemption for final exams, you will need to bring your ticket stub and note to your homeroom teacher on Thursday, February 29th.
