Parents and Students,
As we head into the final stretch of the school year, it's time to get our tech organized! Please make sure to return ALL school-issued Chromebooks along with their chargers.
📅 Due Date: Monday, May 11, 2026
A few quick tips for a smooth return:
Check for the Charger: Please ensure the power cord is wrapped up and returned with the device.
Remove Personal Items: Take off any personal stickers (that aren't school-issued) and clear out any USB mouse receivers or headphones.
Charge it Up: If possible, please turn the device in with at least a little bit of battery life so our tech team can quickly verify it's in working order!
We want to make sure all of our equipment is refreshed and ready for next year. Thank you so much for your help in getting these back to us on time!
Questions? Contact the front office or Ms. Shaw, the Media Specialist.
We are so proud of their hard work! 🖤💛

Their hard work in reading earned them this exciting reward, and we are so proud of their dedication, because reading truly builds strong minds and bright futures.
A special thank you to Renfroe’s Market in LaFayette and Ms. Charlene Story for sponsoring this trip and supporting our students! 🖤💛

The Amazing Shake is a character and soft-skills competition where students practice real-world professionalism—think firm handshakes, clear introductions, confident conversation, problem-solving on the spot, and gracious manners. Over multiple “stations,” they met community judges, tackled quick scenarios, and showed poise under pressure. It’s all about preparing students to shine in interviews, presentations, and everyday life.
Our winners stood out for their confidence, clarity, and kindness. They listened well, responded thoughtfully, and handled each challenge with maturity—well done!
👏 Big cheers to our champions and to every participant who stepped up with courage and heart. Thank you to our judges, staff, and families for the support!
